About the Role
You will step into a senior mechanical engineering role in a robotics environment where complex products, machinery, and equipment need to be planned, designed, improved, and adapted to real technical needs. The work spans advanced engineering assignments and calls for both hands-on problem solving and the ability to see how different engineering disciplines fit together.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, related engineering functions, management, and customers to move technical work forward. Job DescriptionYou will plan, design, and modify machinery, equipment, and products as part of complex mechanical engineering assignments.
You will lead, plan, conduct, and coordinate engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and related functions to achieve shared technical goals effectively.
You will use computers and selected programs to prepare reports and carry out analyses.
You will perform engineering work independently and guide other engineers, applying sound judgment and standard engineering principles in your daily work.
You will act as a technical advisor to management and customers in advanced studies, potential applications, and the resolution of complex technical problems.
You will proactively identify and implement improvements that support stronger operations and higher customer satisfaction.
RequirementsMore than 6 years of work experience within the relevant field, including leadership/management, together with a Bachelor or Master degree; or another technical degree with >15 years of work experience within the relevant field.
Working command of the English language.
Solid experience from mechanical engineering work involving planning, designing, and modifying machinery, equipment, or products.
Ability to lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
Confidence working independently, using engineering judgment and standard engineering principles and practices to reach set goals.
Ability to use computers and selected programs to prepare reports and perform analyses.
