Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced CAE Engineer
What You Will Work On
Perform structural simulations and durability analyses for engine and powertrain components
Conduct fatigue evaluations and life assessments using finite element analysis methodologies
Develop, execute, and validate simulation models to support product development activities
Analyze structural behavior under operational and durability load cases
Support virtual validation and verification of engine-related components
Interpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for design improvements
Collaborate with design engineers, product development teams, and technical specialists
Optimize simulation methodologies and improve analysis efficiency
Support root-cause investigations and failure analysis activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation processes, tools, and best practices
Develop and maintain technical documentation and simulation reports
What You Bring
Strong experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and structural simulation
Proven expertise in durability analysis and fatigue evaluation of mechanical components
Experience performing finite element analysis (FEA) within engine, powertrain, or mechanical systems
Advanced knowledge of ANSYS Classic including APDL scripting
Strong hands-on experience with ANSA pre-processing and model preparation
Solid understanding of structural mechanics, material behavior, and fatigue theory
Experience working within product development and engineering validation environments
Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and provide practical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
