We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing IT operations team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our clients and internal systems run smoothly.
You will work with day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user assistance in a modern IT environment focused on system development, operations, and digital services.
Main responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Handle incidents and service requests via our support system
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
Collaborate with system administrators and developers when needed
Mandatory requirements
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support role
Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
A structured and service-oriented approach
Good English (Swedish is a plus)
